  • How big should my home’s HVAC system be?

    On average, a typical HVAC system for a standard home is 80,000 to 100,000 BTU. The square footage and age of your home are factors to consider, too. 

  • Are there ways I can increase the energy efficiency of my HVAC system?

    There are three ways you can improve the energy efficiency of your HVAC system: 1) upgrade the system, 2) schedule annual system maintenance, or 3) sign up for a preventive maintenance plan.

  • What number is considered a good SEER rating?

    In the HVAC industry, a SEER (efficiency) rating of 17 or higher is considered ideal.
